Let Only -
A one-off charge that covers marketing your property and finding a suitable tenant, including referencing, legal contracts, inventory creation and tenant check-in plus collecting the first month’s rent and deposit.


Full Management -
An on-going contract that covers all of the above but extended to oversee rental payment processing, quarterly property inspections and overseeing any tenant/maintenance issues.
