In conjunction with the new website launch, we also relaunched our social media presence on both Facebook and Instagram. We share all of our properties on our social profiles, with new houses going up almost every day to make sure they are seen by the widest audience possible. In February, we had 368 visitors to our website through our social channels, and with the majority of these people landing on property pages, you know that your property is being seen.

Our sales and lettings valuation requests have increased by 50%, thanks to our quick and easy free valuation service, while our sales have also increased by 24% in the past few months. Since the beginning of the year, we have also sold almost double the number of houses compared to our closest competitor in the Thrapston, Oundle and Raunds area, thanks not only to our higher website traffic but also the unwavering dedication of our sales consultants in branch.
